Directions

Take the Montpelier exit from I-89; turn left at the 4th traffic light – this will take you onto Main Street. Go straight up Main Street until you get to the roundabout. Bear right at the roundabout, onto Upper Main Street. Head up the hill, you will pass the grey school building as the road curves to the left. Continue up the hill. You will pass the Murray Hill housing development on the left. Vermont Compost Company is the 2nd left after Murray Hill. We are across fom the Cutler Cemetery.

From Route 2: stay on Route 2 into East Montpelier village-there is a flashing red light and stop sign. Stay to left on Route 2 west. A quarter of a mile or so after Mekkelsen’s Trailer sales, take the next right paved road - TOWNE HILL ROAD - road goes up a hill immediately. Stay on Towne Hill through farmland and then a residential neighborhood until the road comes to a "T." Turn right onto upper Main Street (County Road). You will pass Murray Hill housing development on left. Vermont Compost Company is the 2nd left after Murray Hill. We are across from the Cutler Cemetery.
